Ray White, Australia’s largest real estate brand strengthens its presence in Springfield

Australia’s largest real estate brand continues to grow as franchise principal and managing director, Paul Hodkinson continues to expand his group of offices in Brisbane to take over the Ray White brand in Springfieldeffective on 1 June.

Spearheaded by a team who have already secured an impressive market share dominance in their six existing offices, this new operation will be managed by Paul’s two General managers, Robert Green and Kathy Brown, both of whom have delivered exceptional results and been the cornerstone of the groups fast track growth over the past few years.

With an elite team of over 100 staff members and several decades of real estate experience in Brisbane, Paul and the management team continue to exceed clients expectations on a daily basis in both sales and property management.

With a tried and tested formula for success, the team intend to hit the ground running with their number one goal to hold and grow leadership in market share in the Springfield region in the year ahead

Springfield is an exciting opportunity for rapid growth according to Robert, who said that the area has seen approximately 15 percent development with a significant amount of growth for the future.

The office will kick off with a team of approximately 15 staff members with the ambition to develop the skills and culture that Ray White is known for, while creating strong new leaders and an even stronger presence in the marketplace.

The office will officially open its doors for business on Wednesday 1 June, at Shop 20, 31 Springfield Lakes Boulevard, with an even stronger team to ensure their clients are receiving an unrivaled real estate experience.
